	The Quality Control Process We follow a strict Quality Control Process for every engine and accessory overhaul: Prepare and Inspect Careful dismantling and cleaning is conducted to prepare all parts for non-destructive testing (NDT). We conduct a series of inspections including NDT, and Visual and Dimensional Inspection to determine serviceability of the parts. All parts that fail to meet OEM specifications are either reworked using approved processes, or they are replaced with new or serviceable parts. All work is performed in accordance with generally acceptable industry manuals, standards and regulations. Assemble Our experienced personnel assemble in accordance with applicable OEM manuals. Test Every engine and/or component is tested using the appropriate test equipment according to a test schedule provided by OEM’s. Regardless of component type, we conduct a final inspection before a maintenance release is prepared.

	Our Pratt and Whitney Promise We have developed a unique process - approved by Transport Canada - which we have been performing on all R985 and R1340 overhauled cylinders since 1997. Its consistent success has enabled us to offer a 1000 hour warranty against Head and Barrel leakage or separation. Also standard with every P&W overhaul: Crankshaft mating face area plated to prevent fretting Crankcase mating faces sealed to prevent oil leaks O-ring seal at generator drive Newly manufactured seals and gaskets at all locations Balanced piston sets

	The Gregorash Dyno Test Cell Every engine is tested in our state of the art Dyno Test Cell to ensure optimum performance. As part of our service, we provide detailed reports that illustrate key performance indicators according to applicable overhaul manual specifications. Our Test Cell is the only test cell in North America that tests radial and opposed piston engines ranging from 65 horsepower to 1200 horsepower.
